Windows 7 Serial Keys – Let’s Be Smarter

I’ve been checking the blog stats search engine, and it seems that there are a lot of searches recently for Window 7 serial keys?  Why is that you think?  Is it because people have the RC copy and need a key to activate it?  Or better yet, perhaps the user has gotten a copy of the RTM (released to manufacturer) edition of Windows 7 and are looking at a way to update it?

Now of course I understand that for some people out there, they already used their key and want to install Windows 7 on more than one PC. Or perhaps your TechNet subscription screwed you over and you have no serial key?

Or maybe you did pre-order Windows 7, but you want to play with it right now and maybe find a round about way to activate it?

Well, guess what?  What if I said there is a holy grail or utility that let you activate your Windows 7 without a serial key?

No way, that cannot be possible!

But guess what?  It is.  Due to piracy, hackers and crackers have developed a program that emulates the OEM bios of major manufacturers.  By doing so, it spoofs the bios and Windows 7 believes it is on a legitimate computer when in reality it is not. Whose fault is this?  Blame Lenovo!  Someone at their plant released the OEM bios and now crackers had a great time reverse engineering the code to bring to you today an activator on it.

Now I do not condone piracy.  Yet, Microsoft is still doing well.  Go to any online news site like Yahoo and you will see articles on how Windows 7 has been pirated (and there is a show stopping bug that Microsoft will fix in at time of release patch) well before October 22nd, and yet the pre-order sales are still strong. >_>  This goes to show that the consumer is starting to have faith in the operating system, and the fact that Microsoft has betaed the hell out of it has really helped its image.

Due to the nature of wordpress, to go into detail about how this crack works and how to get it would have my neck out on the line.  I’ve been told that there are ways to activate Windows 7 through roundabout methods.  To learn about one such method, you can go here that is all lean and no bloat.  Enjoy!
